India and the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), the fast diaper Yash Dayal has approached the High Court of Allahabad after being reserved by Ghaziabad police to make “emotionally, mentally and physically” exploiting a promising woman to marry her.
Yash Dayal has transferred the Allahabad’s Supreme Court to challenge the Fir filed against him for allegedly sexually exploiting a woman. In his written request, Dayal has asked the court to cancel the FIR registered against him and also sought a stay of his arrest.

The woman had filed the complaint through the Minister’s online portal (IGR) last month. Following his claims, Dayal reserved on July 6 at the Ghaziabad District Indirapuram police station under Section 69 (sexual relations by misleading means, including a false promise of marriage) by Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

In his request, the RCB Fast Bowler said he never had a physical relationship with the woman. Dayal also stated that his parents treated her as a daughter -in -law, but over time, the woman’s behavior changed and she felt she couldn’t marry her.
Yash Dayal denies the woman with a marital promise
According to PTI, Yash Dayal’s written request stated: “… According to the FIR, the informant has admitted that he was treated as a daughter-in-law by the parents of the petitioner, which means that the intention of the petitioner was never to be deceived …”
“However, the victim’s attitude changed over time, and the petitioner realized that he would not be able to marry -as such, he decided to end the relationship.”
In addition, the RCB Pacer made explosive claims in his request to the Allahabad High Court, denying that he would never make a false promise of marriage. Yash stated that his relationship was mutual and later became assaulted over time, not because of deception, but by the woman’s own behavior.

The petition stated: “It was a mutual friendship, which later became assaulted due to the same victim.” The high court is expected to hear the case soon. Until now, their IPL, RCB and BCCI team have not commented on this topic.
Yash Dayal says the woman approached after the IPL fame
In a strong contrast, the woman had previously presented a Fir to Ghaziabad, claiming that Dayal took advantage of -emotionally and physically after deceiving it with a false marital promise. The woman also said she went into depression and even tried to commit suicide.
But Dayal said that the woman approached him after Gujarat Titans collected him for € 3.2 at the IPL 2022 mega auction, and gained fame. The written request added: “The victim saw this as an opportunity and began to bring to the petitioner.”
The fast diaper also stated that the woman sent him photos of his suicide attempts frequently, which made him feel scared and emotionally trapped. Dayal said he did not know how to manage the situation and denied any crime.
