Woman Claims She Was Raped By Sean Diddy Combs When She Was A Teenage Bodyguard

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of rape by another alleged victim in a new lawsuit.

In the complaint, which was filed in New York and obtained by Us Weeklythe woman claimed that Diddy raped her in 2000 when she was a 16-year-old high school student. The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, said she lived in Manhattan with her parents and claimed she worked as a security guard at an apartment building where Diddy’s partner also lived. (It is not clear who the romantic partner was.)

The accuser claimed she encountered Diddy, now 55, and two other men who allegedly worked for him. Diddy repeatedly asked her if she wanted a ride home, which she refused before eventually getting in the car with him.

The woman claimed she became anxious when she wasn’t dropped off at her house, claiming she was offered a drink to “calm her down.” The complainant claimed that the drink made her feel “groggy” and “unsteady.”

The accuser claimed that she was taken to another location by Diddy and his two employees before he raped her. The woman was then taken to her home. (The other two employees are not named in the lawsuit.)

Diddy’s legal team denied the accusations in a statement to Us.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sexually trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor,” the statement read. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court.”

The new lawsuit is one of many who are against Diddy since his ex Cassie accused of sexual abuse in an explosive lawsuit in November 2023. Diddy’s lawyer Ben Brafman he denied the charges on his behalf at the time, and Cassie and Diddy settled out of court a day after she filed in court. Last year, a 2016 video that showed Diddy assaulting Cassie in a hotel was resurfaced. Diddy publicly apologized for his actions.

In March 2024, several of Diddy’s residences – including homes in Miami and Los Angeles – were raided by Homeland Security in connection with a sex-trafficking investigation. Six months later, Diddy was arrested on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. As he pending criminal proceedings in May, Diddy has denied the claims and he pleaded not guilty to the charges.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,” read a statement to Us in October 2024. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.”
