“The voter id has just been approved in the Wisconsin election. The Democrats fought against it, presumably they could cheat. This is a great victory for Republicans, perhaps the biggest victory at night. It should allow us to win Wisconsin as I just did in the presidential election for years to come!” The president wrote.

Nine states, including Wisconsin, demand that voters submit photo ID, although Wisconsin’s requirements are the most strict, the national conference of state legislative bodies reports. In 36 states there are laws that require or requests that voters show some identification, NCSL said.
