Wilder told Sky Sports: “We had everything to lose tonight. We had to work hard and not to be complacent, we could have hurt.
“It was an uncomfortable start, we were trapped between pressing and not. You know what football is like, a moment can change the environment of a land, but we found our pace and getting the first goal to be huge.
“My attitude after the game is that we have not done the job. We have the opportunity to get out of the division and the support was electric. When it becomes swinging here, it gives you a great push. We can sit and relax -now and look tomorrow night.
“I told players to take care of each other, but tonight would have a beer if it were a player? 100%.
“It has been an incredibly difficult season for us, but one night like tonight is a boost and the recognition they deserve.”

Wilder has a strong template and used them well on both legs and will be in good shape for the final.
He said, “You have to be all. The contributions of the bench are key, we have a healthy team that is vital at this stage of the season. I feel for Bristol City, they have had some big injuries and they were a strong look.
“We had to be good tonight. They really struggled brave.”
