The Bodycam video from this officer shows how Schriner was lying down on the street and handcuffed.
“It was later established that Schriner did not participate in the original incident, and actually lived in a residence in which she was seen,” Chogji explained. Schriner was treated at a local hospital and found that she would need extended treatment and hospital.
