Australia and Western Indies will launch your ICC 2025-27 World Championship Campaigns with a series of three -game tests in the Caribbean, from June 25.
After a disappointing loss to South -Africa at her WTC 2023-25 FinalAustralia will aim to bounce again, though without a batter of keys Steve Smithwhich is marked with injuries. In the meantime, the western Indies start a new age under the newly designated captain Roston Chase. After finishing the eighth place in the previous WTC cycle with only three wins, the hosts will be eager to make a stronger statement this time, especially in a family home. The series workshop will take place in the historic Kensington Oval of Barbados.
The surface of Kensington Oval provides equal help for batters and bowls. The track provides a good rebound and a port to the Batters, and the ball reaches the bat as the game progresses. However, spinners are expected to receive a little help from the pitch due to their slow nature. In the meantime, the sailors will completely trust their ability to dump in the right areas without any movement from the track. Given the conditions and records spent at the Oval Kensington, the team winning the launch will prefer first.
