The final phase of the T20 League of the Indian Marpa consists of several dead gums before the Playoffs phase, but the game between the Mumbai Indians and the Delhi capitals differs.
Mi vs AD Clash keeps bets high, as these two teams fight for the fourth and final position of the playoffs, and the result of the game between them will determine who will be the fourth team to qualify.
The Mumbai Indians are in a complicated position, as they will be in action on the fifth day after the resumption IPL 2025 and will play the first game in more than two weeks.
They faced a defeat in their previous stroke and rainfall competition against Gujarat Titans (GT) and are now in a situation of DO-O Die. A victory here would guarantee a playoff site and a defeat will keep them alive, but things will only become tougher.
When me and DC faced the last time, the impressive delivery of Mitchell Santner to say goodbye Karun Nair, and a currents hat-trick, in the end they completely changed the fortune of the two teams, and the five times champions began to dominate, and Delhi’s performance went down.
Delhi Capitals expected to take revenge on this defeat, but it will not be easy, as they completely lost the boost after starting the competition with four wins on the back.
If Delhi Capital wants to welcome the playoffs, they ideally need two wins of two, and a loss will make them outside the competition. One more thing to worry about DC, is the yellow alert issued in Mumbai, as a washing will only decrease his Playoffs hopes.
When speaking of the head to head, Mumbai Indians have a 20-16 lead over Delhi Capitals in 36 games, and Wankhede Stadium, led 7-3.
Speaking of launch, DC’s pattern, FAF du Pessis, confirmed the absence of Axar Patel due to the disease. Said:
“Sorry for him, really ill in the last two days. Playing a good team today, we’re ready for it.”
In the meantime, Hardik Pandya said they also wanted to dump first. Said:
“It’s been a couple of days on the covers. We would have liked the bowl too, but it’s fine.”
