Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will take Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the 21st of IPL 2025 game at the Gardens Eden iconic on Tuesday, April 8. Before the start of the long -awaited shock, both Kolkata Knight Riders and Lucknow Super Giants announced their impact players and playing Xis.
The game between KKR and LSG was scheduled for Sunday, April 6, but was re -programmed due to security problems related to the Navami Ram Festivities in the region. Both teams are in the center of the point table with four points each. However, the Knight riders have a higher net execution rate (NRR).
The pattern of Kolkata Knight Riders Ajinkya Rahane won the release and chose first. The home team made a change to their programming. Spencer Johnson, a left arm’s pace, arrived at Moeen Ali’s site. Meanwhile, Lucknow Super Giants has stuck with the same playing XI of his previous match.
Ajinkya Rahane declared the short limit on one side as a key factor in the decision. He acknowledged the critique of Quinton by Kock and Sunil Narine, but expressed his confidence in the approach of his team.
“We will first go to bowl. Wicket looks very good, not so hot. Wicket will not change much. A lateral limit is small, which is why we are first bowls. Everyone waits for this game,” said Rahane.
“This game is to start fresh, I need to take the positive ones, they have to take a step at a time. People will talk about it, we know that Quinny and Sunil are winners of matches. We are not worried about them. Spencer arrives at Moeen’s place,” he added.
Rishabh Pant admitted that he was not fully satisfied with the launch result. He said that his recent victories make him happy as a captain.
“I would not say very happy. Don’t think of the past too much. He will take the positive and move forward. As a team, we win and as Captain I am happy. We are playing with the same playing XI,” said Pant.
