What we know about the Cybertruck explosion in Las Vegas

Las Vegas police have identified Matthew Alan Livelsberger as the man believed to be in the Tesla Cybertruck that exploded outside the Trump International Hotel on Wednesday.

Livelsberger, an active-duty U.S. Special Forces soldier, is said to have rented the car and driven it from Las Vegas, Colorado.

The case and motive for the bombing are still under investigation, but parallels have been drawn between the subject of the Cybertruck bombing and the suspect involved in the New Orleans New Year’s Day attack.
