Boss Steven “Twitch” is lovingly remembered by his daughter Weslie on Father’s Day.
The 16 -year -old, who lost her father in December 2022, went to Instagram on Sunday, June 15, to honor the late TV personality and choreographer.
“Happy Father’s Day to my guardian angel,” Weslie wrote over her first Instagram storywhich included two pictures of the duo. “Forever your ace. I miss you every day.”
Boss died by suicide at the age of 40, with Weekly US positive On December 14, 2022, the investigation into his death was officially closed.
Weslie photos appeared to have been hooked by the first Ellen degeneres show DJ, holding the young man in a dress dressed up as her father pulled goofy faces for the camera.
Weslie followed his first story with a video of herself and a boss dancing together. “Some day I will have dancing and smiling with you again,” wrote for the second story, originally shared through Tiktok. Originally, the touch video also shared the tongue-in-the-cheek header, “Do not bring UR over-deficient dad (sic).”
Weslie recently Opened up About the loss of her father in recording April 20’s episode of her “between us” podcast, also hosted by her mother and wife Bos, Allison Holker.
The episode, which saw Weslie broke down in tears as the pair discussed the future of her younger siblings, was honest comments from Weslie. (Weslie is the daughter of Holker from a previous relationship and grew up with a boss after he married Holker, 37, in 2013.
“When my brothers and sisters grow up, I don’t want them to be, like, ‘(you) are not biologically associated with it.’ I’m going to be, like, ‘We’re his children and we didn’t have been tried,’ ”Weslie said on the podcast at the time. “My biggest fear is that they grow up and they eventually get angry, not only him, but we want to prove it. I don’t want that to happen at all. I’d rather put my feelings aside for them.”
Her mother, and Dancing with the stars Alum, quickly to comfort her daughter.
“They get you as their big sister,” Holker told Weslie. “You are so aware of these feelings, but I don’t want you to ever have a harp and live from that.
Last month, Holker reflect further on life after losing a boss, revealing that his forecast has changed forever. “I think of experiencing a loss, that I’ve really grown in terms of comparison and not comparing myself with others, because when I lost Steven – my late husband, two years ago – the things I miss for about are what he would probably have thought was his shortcomings,” said Holker on the May 18 chapter. “Or the things he thought, like, ‘Oh, I’m sorry if this is annoying,’ or, ‘I’m doing this,’ or like, ‘these are strange habits I have.’ But those are the things I would like to get back. ”
