“We want to get our best dreams”

Uni Emery said that his Aston Villa team will try to “get our best dreams” and qualify for a second successive in the Champions League after collecting three important points against Bournemouth on Saturday.

Ollie Watkins scored its 75th highest flight goal with the deepest touches in the first half stop time to get the victory by Emery’s side and stood above Gabriel Agbonlahor as Villa League’s record scorer.

Jacob Ramsey was fired for 10 minutes to turn it into a last nervous period for visitors, as cherries were looking for an equalizer.

But Villa got a victory by 1-0 to move the level of points with Chelsea and Newcastle and maintain their hopes for a firmly alive end of the first five places.

The result also confirmed Villa’s site in a European competition for the third consecutive season.

However, Emery’s places of interest are firmly in a place in the continent’s elite club tournament.

“Our first goal through the Premier League is to try to be consistent and try to achieve our goal through it,” said the head of the town.

“The players, they competed very well. It’s hard here. Bournemouth, they are fine with good performance.

“And Europe, we are in Europe. Conference, Europe or Champions League. Of course, we want to try to play our best dreams again and play in the Champions League.

“But there are still matches to play. There are teams in front of us, but with this victory we can also feel with some possibilities to achieve it.”

The two final games of Villa are against Tottenham and Manchester United, the teams that compete in the Final of the Europa League this season.

And Emery insists that he seeks nothing but the next game.

Emery said, “We are playing Tottenham at home and we will only focus on this game.

“We have to do our job and do our job as I am happy today. I’m really proud of how we are doing.”
