“We need time to work with players”

Manchester United’s head, Ruben Amorim, was delighted to reserve the place on his side in the last 16 of Europa League.

“We want to improve a lot with the way they play. We want to play closer than today, but we have to play like this.

“We have to adapt to improve the team.

“We have to recover the players. We go to sleep here and to recover -in the morning.”

Diogo Dalot and Kobbie Minoo scored goals for visitors, with both in the second half.

It was not a vintage united, but enough to do the job.
