In a low-scoring encounter during the International League T20 (ILT20) 2025Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Amir brought a touch of cinema to the cricket field with his celebration after the dismissal Rohan Mustafa of the warriors of Sharjah. Desert Vipers registered a dominant 10-wicket win over Sharjah Warriors in Wednesday’s match. Opting to bat first, the Vipers bowlers put up a clinical display, restricting the Warriors to a paltry 91 in 19.1 overs. Amir starred with the ball, claiming 4/24, while Wanindu Hasaranga encrypted with 3/10. Jason Roy30 not out from 34 was the only notable contribution from the Warriors.
In reply, the Vipers chased down the target in just 10 overs without losing a single wicket. Fakhar Zaman led the charge with a blistering 71 not out from 39 balls, smashing 7 fours and 4 sixes. Alex Hales provided steady support with an unbeaten 23 from 21.
