Washington, D.C. is gearing up for the inauguration of the 47th President, Donald J. Trump on Monday, even as extreme weather moved the swearing-in ceremony indoors.
Inauguration Day begins with this ceremony at noon. It culminates with the official inaugural balls, according to Destination DC.
A number of restaurants throughout DC are showcasing the inauguration features and experience to mark the occasion, they told Fox News Digital earlier this week.
WHAT’S ON THE MENU AT DONALD TRUMP’S INAUGURAL CELEBRATION?
Here are some great suggestions at Restoration DC.
At the Watergate Hotel, patrons can celebrate the inauguration at The Next Whiskey Bar to celebrate one of President Trump’s favorites with an elevated twist, the Presidential Stack.
This dish is a sophisticated take on the classic burger paired with golden truffle fries and a bucket Diet wheels for a final bow to Trump.

“Since New Heights opened in 1986, we’ve seen seven leaders in office, so creating a menu with the very dishes that past presidents enjoyed is truly awe-inspiring for me,” said Chef Jose Molina.
“Cooking for others has always been a great joy of mine – that’s why I became a chef – so I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate this history than by giving our guests the opportunity to enjoy those most iconic dishes,” he said. .
