Warren Buffett to ask the Board to make CEO Greg Obel Berkshire Hethaue for a year

Warren Buffett: Greg Obel must become Berkshire CEO in the year

Omaha, Nebraska – Warren Buffett said he would soon ask the council Berkshire Hethai To make Greg Abel replace him as CEO at the end of the year.

While Buffett was 94 and Abel was appointed successor to the CEO in 2021, however, it was unexpectedly for thousands of exciting shareholders who gathered for an annual meeting this year in Amakh to hear the legend of investing again in the future of the company.

“Tomorrow we have a Berkshire Council meeting, and we have 11 directors. Two directors who are my children, Havi and Susui know what I will talk about.

Buffett noted that it would still be “hang up” to help, but the last word will be with Abel, 62, currently vice-chairman for insurance operations.

At the annual meeting, Buffett stated that it was 60 years old in Berkshire that he would not sell any stock.

“I would add this, the decision to keep every action is an economic decision, because I think Berkshire’s prospects will be better in the management of Greg than mine,” Buffett said.

After meeting, Buffett and ABEL shareholders reported to the Becky CNBC that the couple would discuss at the Sunday Council meeting what role the Buffet will be official. Currently, Buffett is the CEO and Chairman Conglomerate.

Therefore, it is unclear whether Abel will also take on the role of the chairman.
