The ancient Indians of the West Indies and the Indians of Mumbai (MI) Kieron Pollard recently opened their warm exchange with Kohli and Mitchell Starc during the IPL 2014. It started when Starc tilted a strong rebound with which Pollard could not connect -followed by an exchange of words between the two. At the next installment, Pollard retired in the same way as Starc was loaded, but the Pealer advanced and fired the ball near the batter’s legs.
Pollard reacted by throwing the bat in the direction of Starc. Fell from his hands and landed harmlessly next to his leg without in contact. Starc later fired Pollard and gave him a ghost. Spread Kohli intervened to avoid the situation, but Pollard remained visibly upset.

Mumbai Indians won the game for 19 runs as they defended an 188 goal. After the alternation of the field, Pollard was fined 75% of their party share, while Starc received a 50% fine for their involvement in the incident.
