Walmart resembles possibly radioactive shrimp after publicly warned not to eat

Walmart recalled some of his shrimp products in the US after the radioactive material was discovered in seafood shipment.

The US Power Office (FDA) warned that the public is not frozen shrimp sold under the excellent Walmart value, may be subjected to dangerous isotopes in the containers.

The FDA said one of the samples of the shrimp that tested the substance, but this positive sample “did not enter the US trade”.

It came from an Indonesian supplier who has since had a number of freight containers that refused to enter the US, FDA reports.

One shipment that has tested positive to Caesium-137, a radioactive form of cesium.

The amount contained in a proven shipment carried out by the FDA was not enough to cause acute damage to consumers, the impact over time can become an increased risk of cancer, damaging living cells in the body, the agency officials said.

Caesium-137 is made through nuclear reactions and is present in trace elements in the soil, nutrition and air around the world. This is one of the fundamental sources of radiation around Chernobyl in Ukraine and Fukushima in Japan.

The FDA said in other tested products he tested was not detected by Caesium-137, but warned that it did not rule out contamination.
