In another picture, a close wrist of David shows the retired football star wearing a reading friendship bracelet, “Get well soon.”
Although Victoria did not point out why David was in hospital, Us understands that he had surgery to repair broken wrist following injury during a ball -footed game over two decades ago. David injured his arm during an England match against South Africa in 2003.
