In an interview with Close Wednesday, April 2, Aspen, 31, said she was “disappointed” after Conover, 36, declared recently that she would no longer be “linked” after she expressed loyalty to a former Conover member Paige Desorbo In their recent breakdown.
“I’m not acting from the level of friendship, even if it’s a new friend, an old friend, or a friend I’ve had back and forth,” said Aspen.
“I think I would have preferred him that the quarter’s and leading his fellow players in whatever direction he wanted us to go against judging people who go contrary to whatever he wants to want friendship. We don’t talk, so what was I supposed to do?” He added.
During appearance on Watch what happens live with Andy Cohen In March, Aspen say She had contacted Desorbo following her breakdown from Conover but not The charm of the south Costar. “I have a closer relationship with Paige than I (with) Craig,” said Aspen.
Last week, during his own Wwhl appearance, conover partial his response. “If I am honest, I will not be associated with it because as I get older, my circle (friendship) gets tighter and tighter. It wasn’t about being on the Paige side, you can be a friend of Paige,” said, adding he believes aspen’s “refreshing” gossip. “I’m not friends with her. I wish her well, but no one is entitled to my friendship, and definitely she’s no longer.”
Aspen said that Summation Star Desorbo extended her after Conover’s Wwhl appearance. “She was quite disappointed in what she saw, and she reached out to me to check in (a) to make sure I was doing fine, which is very nice,” shared Aspen.
As for where she and Conover are standing now, Aspen said the ball was in her court.
“I think it would have to come from it, because I’ve never been one to exclude it or say I’m not interested in being friends with it based on things he said about me in the past,” Aspen explained.
“If it were to take the time to arrange something to talk to, or pick up the phone, or text, as most people do, I would greatly appreciate it, but I will not be the one to make the first move on that,” he continued. “He has already stated what he wants. So who could go against that, right?”
