Oleksandr Usyk says he thinks he can eliminate Daniel Dubois in his indisputable heavyweight struggle on Saturday in Wembley. The WBA champion, WBC and Wbo, Usyk, believes he did it once against Dubois (22-2, 21 kos), stopping him in 2023 and can be repeated in his resale.
Usyk is a Perfect 7-0 Against British Fighters, and he will seek 8-0 to beat Dubois for the second time. For some reason, Oleksandr does well against the United Kingdom fighters. It makes it easy every time.
It would be a glance for the race of the IBF Dubois champion if Oleksandr has eliminated it for the second time. Daniel has traveled his way back from his shameful defeat two years ago, winning his last three fights, with victories on Anthony Joshua, Filip Hrgovic and Jarrell Miller.
Dubois, 27, is the one who wanted this resale with Usyk, believing that he can correct the mistakes of what happened the last time. The overflowing belief of fans is that Dubois left this ninth struggle when Usyk began to put it. If Daniel left on Saturday, he would be a complete disaster for him and his career.
“Yes, of course,” Usyk said to Talksport Boxing When asked if you think Daniel Dubois can stop on Saturday.
Dubois is expected to leave soon, emptying his tank, trying to mark a quick harassment of Usyk. The worry is that, if Ko Oleksandr does not get in the first half of the fight, he will be tired in the second half and mercy of the lighter and lighter fighter.
“I am not a misleading. I only think they are psychological games for Daniel Dubois,” said Usyk, who said that the Dubois team believed that he falsified that he was affected in his fight in 2023, “I like psychology games, but they are my rules. Of course,” said Usyk when asked if he was the “king of heavy division.”
