U.S. Tennis Association (USTA) is said to have been a controversial former president Donald Trump‘S. 2025 US open appearance.
According to e -mail obtained by bouncingThe Association asked broadcasters to censor any crowd response, whether Boos or cheers, to the presence of Trump in Sunday, September 7, the US Open Men’s final between Jannik’s sinner and Alcaraz carlos.
“In terms of broadcasting broadcasting, the President will be shown on world feed and Ashe court feed during the opening anthem ceremony,” read the email in part. “We ask all broadcasts to refrain from displaying any disruption or responses in response to the President’s presence in any function, including Eng (electronic news collection).”
Apparently, the email also included the US USA open social media policy and “additional talking points and facts about the President’s visit.” The only talking point was involved, according to the outlet, was a statement saying that “President Trump plans to watch the final of the US open men’s singles from a series as a sponsor’s guest.”

Despite the reported application, fans could be heard high bugging and shouting as the President was shown outside the Rolex box, flying to the crowd. He quickly stepped back inside the box to watch the finals, which were due to start at 2:00 pm Est but which was substantially delayed due to extensive security measures.

Additional social media postings showed pictures of long lines outside various security checking points around the stadium.

This year’s US Open has included a few controversial moments. On August 29, Polish CEO Peter Szczerk Going viral after he was caught on camera capturing a hat initially donated to a young boy by Polish tennis player Kamil Majchrzak.

“Today, I know I did something that looked like I deliberately took a souvenir from a child,” wrote the businessman through Instagram. “That wasn’t my intention, but that doesn’t change the fact that I’ve hurt the boy and disappointed the fans.”
Szczerk, CEO of Drogruk, a Polish company specializing in pavement and landscaping solutions, “The Cap was given to the boy, and an apology is due to the family. Hopefully I have at least partly repaired the harm.”
