Federal Judge in New -Hampshire on Thursday blocked Trump administration From reducing financing to public schools that support diversity programs, failure to its broader repression on Dei.
US District Judge Landi McCafertert said the efforts of the Trump education department to block federal financial states for public schools, which continue to promote diversity, justice and inclusion (DEI), probably violate the first amendment, presenting what it called “discrimination against the textbook.”
It is about the memo sent by the Department of Education this month to public schools across the country, threatening to abandon federal funds from public schools that continue to “unjust” the views of Dei or Program.
These efforts have caused an immediate wave, and lawsuits across the country from educational groups that called the importance of the title funds and as a critical funding source for many state -owned low -income schools.

DEI’s efforts were met with a wave of court problems, including a lawsuit filed by the National Education Association, the head of the New Hampshire partner, and the Black Teacher’s Development Center, who challenged the New Hampshire Federal Court.
Two other courts in the US plan to hear similar problems with the efforts of the education department, and one case in Washington, the Colombia county is allegedly considered this week.
McCaferti’s ruling has overlooked a nationwide ban to block a policy in all 50 states.
Rather, this blocks the Trump administration from the termination of the title funds and to any schools working or contract with the plaintiffs in the trial.
“The right to talk freely and promote the variety of ideas and programs … One of the main differences that distinguish us from totalitarian regimes,” McCaferti said in her discretion on 82 pagesAdded that the actions taken by the Department of Education “to destroy these basic principles.”

This agreement should end on Thursday, which forced the court to make a decision on the issue.
