The US and China have reached a trade consensus, representatives of both sides stated after the second high -level talks in London, the NBC transcript reports.
“We have reached the basics for the implementation of the Geneva consensus and the call between the two presidents,” said US trade secretary Howard Lutnit.

Lutnik said he and US trade representative Jamison Grir would return to Washington to “make sure President Trump approves” the basis. If XI also approves it, then “we will implement the frame,” Lutnik said.
