US Ambassador calls on Israel “aggressively investigated” murder of the Western shore

US Ambassador to Israel Mike Hakabi says he asked Israel’s power to “aggressively” the murder of the Palestinian-American on the occupied West Bank.

Seyphol Musalet, known as Saif – 20 -year -old US citizen from Florida – was beaten by Israeli settlers in the city of Sindil on Friday night, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reports.

After the initially muted official reaction of the US to the murder, Khakabi is a long -standing supporter of Israeli settlements in the Palestinian territories – on Tuesday he called “criminal and terrorist attacks”.

“There should be accountability,” he wrote in the message on X. “Saif was only 20 years”.

On Friday, the Israeli military said they were investigating that the “violent confrontation was developing” after “terrorists” of stones in Israeli civilians.

Saif Musalat lived in Tam and visited relatives in Sindile, north of Ramala when he was killed with his friend Mohammed al-Shalabi.

Al-Shalaby, who lived in the town nearby, died after being shot in the chest, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said. He was 23 years old.

Musalat’s family stated that their relative “defends the land of their family from the settlers who tried to steal it.”

Israeli settlers also blocked the ambulance, trying to get to the Musalata who died before he could get to the hospital, they added.

The family called on the US State Department to investigate.

Hakobi, former governor Arkansas and the Gospel Christian, previously expressed strong support for Israeli settlements – which are regarded as illegal in international legislation.

Hakabi is also criticized by opposition Democrats in the US on his previous statements about the current war.

He supported the idea of “great Israel” – where Israel will constantly control the occupied Palestinian territories – and used the biblical term “Jews and Samaria” to refer to the Western shore.

Last month he criticized us alliesIncluding the United Kingdom and Australia, for the sanctioned of two right-wing Israeli ministers because of “repeated burglary of violence against Palestinian communities” on the Western Bank.
