“This is the first time I have experienced something like this on a sailing boat and since I have been head of chef for about 11 years now. “But with this, I had a sous chef. So it was the first time in my career I ever had that kind of personality around me. That’s why I found it so difficult to control because I’ve never been put in a situation like that before.”
Once Alesia Harris replaced anthonyTzarina found himself battling to work with the main stew Lara. Based on their off -screen interactions – or lack it – Tzarina and Lara did not discover their issues.
Lara, for her part, had a rocky start trying to form an internal team with Brianna Duffield and Marina Marcondes de Barros.
“It’s very uncomfortable when the main stew and the cook fight because you don’t want to side. You’re there literally to do your job. You want them to be professional,” explains Marina Us in April. “If you have a personal problem, you are dealing with that after the journey is over – not in the middle of the service. It was quite awkward and I wish they would be a little more on top.”
Marina did not reveal which side he chose – But he offered suggestions.
“I can’t say someone is right or wrong. What I’m going to say is that someone is used to cameras and knows how to play a part,” he teased. “They know how to give a lot of information and let the river flow in a certain direction. That’s all I’m going to say.”
