UN is afraid of civil war when bombs fell into the Upper Neil

The barrel, which is believed to contain very fuel fluid, was used in the airstrikes in South Sudan, as the escalation of violence pushes the newest country in the world to the border of another civil war, the UN said.

Nicolas Hayama’s comments, head of the UN mission in South Sudan, adhered to recent fighting between the army and the rebel police, known as the White Army, on the North Nadir Military Base in the Upper Nile’s rich state.

As the White Army overcame the base, he said that a sustainable aerophotic blast that caused “significant losses and horrific burns,” he said.

“The conflict would remove all the rigid income made after signing the 2018 peace deal,” he warned.

“It will devastate not only South Sudan, but also the whole region that just can’t afford another war,” ” said Mr. Hye..

The government did not respond to the bomb allegations.

President Salva Kieir and his vice president Rijk Machar agreed in August 2018 to end a five-year civil war in which nearly 400,000 people were killed.

But over the past seven years, their relationship has become more intense against the background of ethnic tensions and sporadic violence.

In early March, some senior allies of Machara were arrested by security forces, which its allies called a “serious violation” of a peaceful deal.

After that, clashes between the military and the White Army, who fought together with Machar during the civil war, broke out in 2013 – shortly after the country gained independence from Sudan.

“The retaliation of the community at the top of the Neil is subjected to a sustainable airphor, using devices, bombs, bombs that allegedly contain a very combustible fluid that acts as a accelerator during the explosion,” said Mr. Hye.

“These bewildered attacks on civilians cause significant losses and terrible injuries, especially burns.”

Such charges were first made last week by local leaders in the Upper Nile.

James Gatlouak Lew, the Nasir district commissioner, told the BBC that the state forces and their allies had “chemical bombing”.

Local media reports that an ethyl acet was found in the attack places, a very combustible chemical compound.

In a previous interview with BBC Edmund Yakoni, head of a local non -governmental organization, said he had heard similar reports.

He said that eyewitnesses, including local communities and business informants, told their public opportunities to organize progress (CEPO) about the use of “unusual weapons,” he said.

Government’s press secretary Michael Makuay confirmed that a military operation took place last week, insisting that “the bombing was strictly against the positions of the White Army and did not hurt civilians.”

But g -n hee.

He added that such violence is increasing when the country approached the elections that are expected next year.

“Related misinformation, misinformation and hatred also increase tension and determine ethnic divisions and fear,” he said.

The UN Mission, which oversees 18,000 peacekeepers in South Sudan, was engaged in intense diplomacy of the shuttle to try to prevent the return to the civil war, Mr.

Meanwhile, Murry has accused the neighboring Uganda of violating UN embargo on South Sudan, conducting air strikes.

In a letter noticed by the Reuters news agency and the United Nations addressed, the African Union and the regional BLOCT BLOCT, Machar said that Uganda’s military intervention in South Sudan violated a peaceful deal.

“Ugandian troops are currently taking part in air strikes against civilians in Nasir, Longchuk and Ulang in Upper Nile and Akoba county in the state of Jongge,” the statement said.

Earlier this month, Uganda stated that she had placed troops in South Sudan at the request of the President Kira government, though Juba refused it.
