The prevailing Navy of the vessel faced an oil platform in the Amazon River, killed at least two people and leaving missing.
The collision occurred in the early hours on Friday morning at the junction of the Nap and Amazon rivers, causing “serious damage”, the Ministry of Defense said Peru.
Thirty crew members were rescued from the vessel, and specialized diving groups and helicopters were posted as part of the search operation.
