Authorities have arrested two men in connection with the theft of the designer handbag belonging to US Secretary Christie Christie Noah.
Nome’s Bag was stolen on Easter Sunday when she had lunch at Washington’s popular restaurant.
Police detained 49-year-old Mario Bustamante on Saturday.
