The 30 -year -old Pacer, Tushar Deshpande, has made it clear that he is ready to fight everyone for a place in the Indian team, as he aspires to play a test cricket.
Tushar Deshpande said his “important ankle surgery” moved him away from the game for quite some time, but now he is completely ready to return to action.
Deshpande is a well -known name in the Indian Domestic Cricket Circle, and has also shown its true capabilities with the ball at the Indian Premier League (IPL) while playing the Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

He has played in Delhi Capitals (DC), Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the IPL, but he has come to the five times champions. At IPL 2023 and 2024, he took 21 and 17 doctors for Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

Following his IPL 2025 with Rajasthan Royals, Deshpande traveled with India a squad in England and played a game against England Lions, where he recorded figures of 2/62 and 1/13. In addition, he said:
“Absolutely, as I said, now I am in shape and good. So any challenge that appears, I am ready for it. Playing England also … I was ready for the challenge. Even if I would have asked for the tests, I was ready for it because I did well in the second game that I played in India A.

Tushar Deshpande may not be highly classified by his battle skills, but he showed his credentials by destroying a Ranji trophy against Baroda while he became at number 11 of the quarterfinals of the Ranji Trophy last year.
