The Supreme Court on Friday remained a lower court ruling, which prevented Trump’s administration deporting about 500,000 migrants from Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela. Decision is a long-term victory for the president Donald Trump When it moves to hack border security and immigration in the second term.
The Supreme Court’s decision still remains in the lower court ruling, which stopped Trump’s plans to stop the protection of temporary security status (TPS) for some migrants living in the US, allowing people to live and work in the US if they cannot work safely in their country from a disaster armed conflict or other.

US General Lawyer John Sauer asked the judges earlier this month to allow the administration to decide to recall the status of migrants, accusing the district judge Edward Ceana of incorrectly interfering with the executive policy.
“The district court’s reflections are impossible,” said the Supreme Court, adding that the program “implies particularly discreted, sensitive and foreign opinions of the executive regarding immigration policy.”
