Trump’s organization sued Capital One in Florida Friday is allegedly “unreasonably” to close more than 300 bank accounts on the heels January 62021, rebellion in US Capitol A crowd of president Donald TrumpFans.

The complaint states that the plaintiffs and subsidiaries held hundreds of accounts in Capital One for decades before closing. Eric Trump said the number of losses affected by the company is “millions of dollars”.
Alejandro Britta, a lawyer who is submitting Trump’s organization in a lawsuit, said CNBC that the company “is considering other lawsuits against financial organizations dealing with similar behavior.”
Britt said the Capital One “were an attack on free speech.”
The bank’s press -secretary wrote in the CNBC email: “Capital One does not have or close customer accounts for political reasons.”

In his statement, Eric Trump said: “Capital One” to break “our company after more than a decade was a clear attack on free speech and a free enterprise flying to the principles and freedoms of the foundations that determine our country.”
“Moreover, the arbitrary closure of these accounts, for no justified reason, reflects the broader efforts to silence and undermine the success of the Trump organization and those who dare to express their political views,” said Eric Trump.
