The Trump administration said a man of Salvadaran, who was mistakenly deported and then returned to the US in the criminal case, “never free” on American soil, though the judge ordered to release.

Kilmar Abreg Garcia was deported in March as part of the immigration repression. Government officials said he had been rejected, but they could not return it.
