Trump said the call on Wednesday with Zelensky lasted about an hour.

“Most of the discussion was based on a call made yesterday with President Putin to align Russia and Ukraine in terms of their requests and needs,” he wrote in truth.

“We’re very on the way,” he added.

Later, Secretary of State Mark Rubio issued a more detailed statement, saying that Trump agreed to help Ukraine get additional air defense systems, especially in Europe.

In the coming days, the technical teams will meet in Saudi Arabia to discuss the expansion of the fire to the Black Sea, added Rubio, saying that they agreed that this could be the first step to the full stop of the war.

Trump also suggested that we help us in the management of Ukraine’s power plants, adding that the US property will be a “best protection” for Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, Rubio said.

Zelensky also commented, describing the conversation as “positive”, “Frank” and “very significant”.

“We have agreed that Ukraine and the US should continue to work together to reach a real stop of war and lasting peace,” he said.

On Tuesday, Trump talked to Putin two hours on the phone in which the Russian leader agreed to stop the attacks on energy infrastructure.

But he said that the complete ceasefire would work only if the allies of Ukraine ceased to provide military assistance – the condition of the European allies of Ukraine had previously rejected.

A few hours later, both Ukraine and Russia started attacks and Kiev said the hospitals were aimed.

Officials in the southern Russian region Krasnodar said that the Ukrainian drone attack caused a small fire in the oil depot.
