Look: “I think we are very good with Russia”

US President Donald Trump said he believes that “more difficult, frankly with Ukraine” than Russia in an attempt to create peace between the two countries.

In the US, the United States is “working very well with Russia” and “it can be easier to deal with” Moscow than Kiev, Trump told reporters in the Oval Service on Friday.

Earlier, Trump stated that he was “strongly considering” large -scale sanctions and tariffs for Russia until the ceasefire with Ukraine was reached.

Meanwhile, the US has temporarily suspended Ukraine’s access to some satellite images, Maxar Space Technology Company told BBC Verify after Trump had already stopped military assistance to the country.

This happens exactly a week after A stunning exchange of the White HouseIn which Trump was beaten by the President of Ukraine Volodimir Zelensky for being “disrespectful” to the United States.

This week Trump came on public dressing USA Military Aid and Distribution with kuiva.

Then Russia conducted a large -scale missile and drone attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure on Thursday night.

Trap The threat of further sanctions The already strongly sanctioned Russia, obviously, was in response to this attack. He said he was considering new tariffs because “Russia is absolutely” knocking “Ukraine on the battlefield.

But for several hours, Trump stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin acts as anyone else.

“I think he struck them (Ukraine) stronger than he struck them,” Trump said. “And I think, probably, who will do it in this position now.”

He added that he believed that Putin wants to end the war, but cannot say the same thing from Ukraine.

“I want to know that they (Ukraine) want to settle, and I do not know what they want to settle,” Trump said, when asked why he cut off Kiev’s assistance.

Trump’s direct diplomacy with Putin stunned NATO allies because the West avoided contacts with Moscow with Russian full -scale invasion of Ukraine.

Despite a series of Trump with Zelensky, the tone of his foreign political group over the last two days has been more conciliatory against Ukraine, after being thrown away in the form of milling and reconnaissance support.

The Americans want Zelensky to sign a transaction that would give them the main share in Ukrainian minerals, and for him to agree to a quick truce with Moscow.

Zelensky pushes for the Kyiv security guarantee to be coordinated as part of the transaction. Speaking on Friday, Trump said such a safety guarantee could be discussed later and will become a “easy part”.

Meanwhile, the BBC Company Maxar said on Friday that the US temporarily suspended Ukrainian access to some quality images from US satellites.

Satellite images are an important tool during the war, as it allows the army to collect exploration on its competitors.

Maxar, an American company, has contracts for satellite images by different governments and companies.

One of them is the Global Geoint Geoint (Gegd) program that gives users access to high quality images collected by the US government.

“The US government has decided to temporarily suspend Ukrainian accounts in Gegd,” Maxar BBC said. “Every client makes their own decisions on how they use and share this data.”

The National Agency for Geoposty Intelligence Agency, which is part of the US Department of Defense, confirmed that the suspension was “in accordance with the administration of Ukraine’s support”.

Next week, high -ranking Trump officials will go to Saudi Arabia to meet with the Zelensky team against the backdrop of pressure on it to sign up for Trump’s demands.

President of Ukraine said he said Hope the negotiations will be “significant”. On Friday, he said his country was “ready for peace as soon as possible” and offered “specific steps” for her.

“Every day, new Russian strikes and reality prove that it is Russia that must be forced to peace,” he added.

Zelensky regretted the days after his public collision with Trump and worked on remedy relations with the US.

On Thursday, US Special Envoy Steve Witcoof said Trump received a letter from Zelensky, which included “apologies” and “sense of gratitude”.

“Hopefully, we will return on the way to the Ukrainians, and everything is restored,” Vitkoff said.

UK representatives said about 20 countries are interested in joining “Coalition willingly” help UkraineAs European leaders come forward with plans for much more military expenses.

According to local authorities, the fight against land in Ukraine continued and five people were killed by Russian troops.
