President Donald Trump has advertised his relationship with North Korean leader Kim Jong -un and said they would meet “if you” – before the summit in the White House with the new South Korean president Lee Jay.
During Trump’s first term, the president met with Kim several times – including in Singapore in 2018, and then twice in 2019 in Vietnam and North Korea – for denuclearization talks.
“I have a very good relationship with Kim Jong Un, North Korea,” Trump told the White House on Monday. “I mean what a lot of people would say, Oh, that’s scary. No, it’s good. In fact, I will see it. I’m looking forward to it. He was very good with me. We had two meetings – we had two summits. We went great.”

“I know him better than you,” Trump said. “I know him better than anyone almost, except for his sister. His sister knows him well. No, I know him well. And I got along with him. You know, I don’t have to say that I really like it because when I do it, I kill in fake media. But I went with him very well.”
Denuclearization talks to whom she scattered during the first Trump administration when the president refused to enter a kima request for the help of sanctions in exchange for the closure of the North Korea’s basic nuclear complex.

“The recognition of the irreversible position of the DPRK as a nuclear weapon state and the tough fact that its capabilities and geopolitical environment have changed dramatically, must be mandatory conditions for prediction and reflection in the future,” KCNA’s North Korean State Agency said in a statement in July.
Meanwhile, Trump also shot in Eli South Korea a few hours before the planned arrival in the White House – and a few weeks after they agreed to the trade transaction.

“What’s going on in South Korea? It seems cleaning or a revolution. We can’t do it and do business there,” Trump said on a social media report on Monday morning.
Trump told reporters on Monday morning that his statements were linked to media reports about raids at churches and at the OSAN air base in July. He told reporters that he was not sure how accurate the media were, but that he questioned on this issue, because he would not be “for that”.
