President Donald Trump said he reducing the 50-day term on Monday, which he gave Russian President Vladimir Putin to either reach a peace treaty with Ukraine or face massive “secondary tariffs” in Moscow’s trading partners.
“I am disappointed with President Putin,” Trump said in Scotland, together with British Prime Minister Keir Strmer before a bilateral meeting with the European leader.
“I’m going to cut down in 50 days I gave him less,” Trump said.
