President Donald Trump On Thursday they said 10% would be a gender for its import tariffs from other countries seeking to get Trade agreements since The United States.
“Some will be much higher because they have great surpluses, and in many cases they did not treat us correctly,” Trump told the White House.
Trump’s comment came when he discussed new trade Agreement with UK.
During this event, Trump’s Oval Office said that US import tariffs will remain at the base speed of 10%, which it imposed in most countries in early April.
Asked by the reporter whether it is a “template for these future trading transactions”, Trump replied: “No, no.”
“This is a low amount, they have done a good cause,” Trump said about the UK.
“One of the UK … They have always treated us with great respect,” he said.
