Donald Trump has rejected the proposals that warming relations between China, Russia and their allies is creating a challenge for the US on the world stage.
The US president told reporters in an oval office that he had “good relations” with President Xi Jinping and that China “needs more than we need.”
This comes when SI is preparing to hold world leaders at the Victory Day in Beijing, China’s military forces.
Kim Jong -un’s North Korea and Russian Vladimir Putin, which some observers are regarded as a message to Western countries, will join the XI.
China sought to position itself as a possible counterweight for the United States, as Trump’s tariffs fell over global economic and political order.
Trump posted its tariffs as important for the protection of US interests and industry. It seems like any diplomatic price is what he is willing to pay.
Asked by the BBC question whether he believes that Beijing and his allies are trying to create an international coalition to withstand the US, Trump said, “No. No. China needs us.”
He added: “I have a very good relationship with the President SI as you know. But we need China much more than we need. I don’t see it at all.”
Separately, on the radio interview on Tuesday, Trump said he was not concerned about the axis formed between Russia and China.
He told Radio -Scott Jennings that America has “the most powerful military forces in the world” and that “they never use their military forces against us.”
“Believe me, that would be the worst thing they could do,” he said.
Elsewhere, in an interview with Trump, he stated that he was “very disappointed” in Putin, after they could not reach a peaceful deal for Ukraine during a meeting in Alaska last month.
“I am very disappointed with President Putin, I can say it,” said Trump, adding that the US will do something to help people live in Ukraine. He did not point out.
China did not criticize Putin’s full -scale invasion and was accused by the West in assisting Russia’s military efforts due to the supply of materials with double use and purchase of Russian oil. Beijing denies it.
Meanwhile, the President of the Ukrainian Volodimir Zelensky said that Russia was engaged in a new accumulation of the squad along certain sectors of the frontline.
“(Putin) refuses to force peace,” Zelensky said in his night video.
