Federal Judge in California blocked Trump administration from stopping the legal lawyer for underage migrants unaccompanied.
Appointed President Joe BidenDistrict US District Judge Martine-Olguin from San Francisco issued a temporary restraint on Tuesday, which will prevent Trump’s administration stop financing, while the merits of the main case are played.
On March 21, the Trump administration stopped a contract with the Acacia Justice Center providing legal services to the migrants without escorting 18 years through a network of legal groups that a subcontractor centered. Eleven subcontractors have sued, saying that 26,000 children risk losing lawyers; Acacia is not a plaintiff.

“The court further believes that further financing of the legitimate representation of children without accompaniment contributes to the effectiveness and justice in the immigration system,” she wrote.
This is the third legal failure in less than a week for the repression of the Trump administration, although everything may be temporary if the lawsuits have advanced.

The 2008 victim protection law has created a special protection for migrants who cannot navigate the complex immigration system independently. The plaintiffs said that some of their customers are too young to speak and others are too injured and do not know English.
