Travis Kelce enjoyed himself a little also much when he went back to school at Tight end university Last week.
Kelce, 35, realized his roads after over -commit at Teu Welcome Party at Nashville on Monday, June 23, which included an unexpected performance by his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
“I’m struggling out there day 2,” Kelce said on Tuesday, July 1, on the “Bussin ‘with the boys” podcast. “I drop buds. I’m trying to find out how I’m going to explain a path concept. I pull up completely s ***-face from the night before.”
Upon arrival, Kelce was immediately reminded that he had work to do thanks to the prestige of Tight Carolina Panthers Olsenwho created a tight top with Kelce and San Francisco 49ers End Tight George Kittle.
“Greg is coming to me and it’s like, ‘Alright, Travis. You have 30 minutes.,” Said Kelce.
Kansas City Chiefs star remembered thinking, “Thirty minutes?”
Fortunately, Kelce through his mentoring session on the field in one piece and live did to tell some encouraging stories from the fifth annual assembly of the tight head.
“Many of the tight heads like, ‘Whatever you need, I’m here for the good time. I’m one of the toughest workers, but at the same time, I’m here to have some fun f *** ing,'” said Kelce on the podcast. “I naturally feel like that is where the world is tight. So you get those guys from each team, when you bring them together, it’s just a big kick.”
While Kelce acknowledged that the weekend became “less and less for football,” he said it was “cool to see 80 tight heads in the NFL coming together for a weekend. It blows my f *** in a ‘mind.”
“Surely, when you become tight ends from all over the place, it feels like it’s an all-star atmosphere,” he explained. “As an All-Star Weekend atmosphere, Pro Bowl weekend atmosphere. He has entered one of my favorite three days before even the season started.
Kelce said that the relaxed tone, celebrating a tight end helps to remind him – and all the other participants – why they love football so much in the first place.
“It’s encouraging,” he said. “Because the S *** in the building can become so boring and focused and so serious.”
Kelce added, “You see that everyone gets these progress and disadvantages, but you can still have fun doing this s ***.”
