“Simply put, a master of Ireland and a BADA sergeant who has a constitutional right not to separate from military service on the basis of their transgender status, characteristic that has nothing to do with their fitness or ability to serve,” the lawsuit said.
Both members of the service started their gender transition more than 10 years ago and since then gathered several honorary awards during military service, court documents show. Both aviation struggles that their long career will blow, affecting their livelihood and families when they are forced to resign.
This is the third lawsuit that the Trump administration suffered from his transgender military order, and one of the 12 others against Trump’s “two -set”. The lawsuit asks the court to block the Trump’s order from the entry into force, which, if provided, will add heaps of the district judges who submit several Trump executive orders.
