Trader “Fast Money” Tim Seymour

Fast money“Trader Tim Seymour wants to help investors avoid common cash traps that can leave them to be subjected to losses, especially in the changing market.

It is in short -list of four tips to ensure peace when everything goes south.

Tip # 1: You don’t have more money in the market than you can stomach.

Be it spare calls or anxiety about losing money you cannot afford to lose, bad decisions are often made during despair.

Tip # 2: I don’t hope you will return to Breakeven.

If you only take a long position because you don’t want to lose money on trading, you run the risk of losing more.

Essence: possesses an action based on merit rather than hope.

Tip # 3: Do not think that yesterday’s justification for investment will work tomorrow.

Ask yourself, “Has something changed in a fundamental case, or is this a market volatility?” If something has changed, make adjustments.

Tip # 4: Do not cut the flowers and keep the weed.

Often, high quality companies are superior to the market down. Bad position? Circle back to No. 2.
