Tottenham coach is the new west brom head

Ryan Mason has left Tottenham to become the new manager of the West Bromwich Albion championship.

The 33 -year -old coach has signed a three -year agreement to replace Tony Mowbray at Hawthorns.

Mason said: “This is a huge club with a great infrastructure and an incredible fanbase and I am excited with what we can achieve together.

“After talking to the board and the club’s, I’m convinced that Albion is the perfect place for me and I can’t wait to start.

“I will bring with me a lot of enthusiasm, dedication and ambition and I look forward to a positive future together in such a fantastic club.”

Mason played 70 times for Spurs, but got his career in 2018 after he kept a fractured skull in a Premier League game for Hull at Chelsea.

He has twice made the post of Tottenham as a caregiver, included in the Carabao Cup final in 2021.

West Brom finished ninth in the championship last season.
