“We wanted to make an unexpected sex at birth this time,” explained Alayna by Instagram. “Our family was so sure she was a boy based on my pregnancy (craving, emotions, illness, my skin, the way I carried, etc.) Pregnancy was exactly the same as my pregnancy with our 3 boys.
