“I went dizzy today,” Hardy told the outlet. “I took Sudafed and starts to work, so I feel better, but in the interviews I was sitting there, and you know when you don’t feel not right, but you can’t tell someone you don’t feel right? Like, ‘Listen, if I pass out …’

And why? Why?! And I pulled my tent in my bosom too. It’s like, it all falls into pieces now, and it’s not going to get better.”
“Just more, more, more,” Hardy continued. “Oh what? Stomach sores? Blood pressure? Your knees go, your hair is falling out, your teeth are winning, you’re almost 50 … Maybe it’s a self-worth thing, maybe it’s not finishing school, maybe it’s not good enough. Well. “

Karwai Tang/WirimageHardy has said Esquire In the same interview May 2025 it is exposed to alternative therapies, including “tinctures,” which fluids made from soaked herbs. Tom Hardy
Karwai Tang/WirimageHardy is no stranger to bulking up and slowing down for roles, but sometimes he has taken his dedication to his craft to the full. When talking to Ask Men In 2009, he admitted eating a lot to bulk for his role in Brittle.
“I had five weeks to transfer to the most dangerous British criminal and it was a race against the clock: we had no time to waste, so I started eating and very quickly my fire became very fat,” said Hardy. “For BrittleI wore about 7 lbs a week – with no steroids. In the end I was dressed about 2 and a half stones by eating chicken and rice, which is my staple diet throughout the day. Then I would have pizza, Häagen-Dazs and Coca-Cola: so no good things, but I had to put pressure on. I needed to put a layer of fat on my body, because Bronson when he was younger was a big guy, a brawler. “
The plan was extreme but it worked.
“Initially, Charles Bronson was very disappointed when he saw me,” added Hardy. “He said ‘This child will never be able to play me.’ I told him, ‘Don’t worry Charlie I’ll fix it.’ When I came back two weeks later, he was very impressed with it.
Two years later almost 15 percent of his body’s fat fell for Warrior. “Over time, a technique wins for natural ability. People who work hard, with qualifying, determination and constant endurance – although they may not be so interesting, or who have so much talent – will win,” Hardy told Hardy The health of men.
