Todd and Julie Chrisley Reuniting are ‘beautiful’ Chase

Chase Chrisley shares what it’s like to have his parents, Melt and Julie Chrisleyback under one roof following their release in prison.

“I am emotional. It was a lovely moment,” said Chase in an interview with Entertainment tonight On Thursday, May 29, while holding back tears. “I don’t think he struck me until they were home and I saw my mum and dad embrace each other and embrace each other.”

Chase noted that while the reunion was emotional for Chrisley’s whole family, Todd and Julie’s interaction after spending separate years behind bars.

“They both exploded into tears that my dad wraped his arms around my mother,” explained Chase. “I don’t think he left to go and I don’t think he’ll ever let go.”

Todd and Julie were reunited with their children on Thursday, May 29, after being forgiven by President Donald Trump. In addition to Chase, the Chrisley knows best Stars also share the daughter of Savannah, the son of Grayson, and adopted daughter Chloe, a biological child of Todd Kyle’s son. Todd is also the father of the Lindsie girl from a previous marriage.

In 2019, Todd and Julie were executed on fraud payments. Despite their innocence, the couple were convicted in 2022. Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison in Florida, while his wife was supposed to serve seven years in Kentucky. Their sentences were reduced by nearly two years in 2024.

While her parents were waiting behind bars, Savannah was constantly advocating for their release. Earlier this week the Chrisleys achieved victory when Todd and Julie has received a presidential pardon from Trump on Tuesday, May 27.

“It’s a terrible thing but it’s a great thing, because your parents are going to be loose and clean,” Trump told Savannah in a phone call. “Hopefully we can do it by tomorrow. I don’t know them, but give them my memories. Wish them a good life.”
