Tia Mowry shares divorce council after sharing from Cory Hardrict

Tia mowry offers surviving divorce lessons.

Mowry, 46, went to his Instagram stories on Wednesday, June 25, for a fan question and answer, and when someone was asking for the actress’ advice on how to bounce back from a broken marriage, he shared some words of wisdom.

“I think I would say: dive to do the job,” advised Mowry. “In fact, really focus on self -care. Focus on what makes you happy and what brings you joy. Build a tribe, a community of friends, a help system. Please meditate. Try new hobbies. Read books on healing. Spend time with your children if you have them, or just surround yourself with people who love and support you.”

He continued, “Make things that feel fun and fulfilling. Travel, if you can. Travel helped me a lot. It’s about creating new experiences. The more experiences you have, the far away you get from the heavy, gut feeling of that divorce.”

“Also, let yourself cry,” he added. “Allow yourself to feel it all. Don’t let him eat you. I hope that helps.”

Mowry was married to the actor Cory Hardrict Between 2008 and 2023. The Exes share Son Cree, 13, and his daughter Cairo, 7.

In October 2022, the Sister, sister Seren revealed that she and Hardrict, 45 decided to call him quit. They completed their split five months later.

“I’ve always been honest with my fans, and today no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I had decided to go on our ways apart,” Mowry wrote through Instagram at the time. “These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain friendship as we co-share our beautiful children.”

Earlier this year Hardrict opened around its dynamic with mowry in a chapter of Cheer.

“If you really love your children, you won’t be involved in the noise or the mess,” he said. “I make sure I always think of them first. I finally put myself. So if you do, you’re going to avoid the mess, right? It’s not a mess in terms of the situation, that’s exactly what people create, like narratives. Because no one knows anything.”

He added, “Everything starts and ends with love. We’re a family. No matter what people say. I block the noise out. My kids () go live to see all this one day, and it’s just like, I’m making sure I represent for them.”

Mowry, for her part, seems to be enjoying life as a single mother.

“If I could be anyone for a day, I would want to be my daughter Cairo so that I really obsessed with her,” he gained during Wednesday’s question and answer. “I feel so wonderful that I can give the life I have always wanted so I am so interesting and I am enchanted by the way she thinks… it’s a healthy obsession I have with her.”
