Three killed and dozens were injured in the train iso

Three people were killed and 103 were injured from the train departure during the path to the Egyptian capital Cairo, the country’s health ministry said.

The train was driving from the northern coastal city of Mars Matrakh, when seven strollers left the track on Saturday, and two trolleys were canceled, officials said.

Health Minister D -R Khaled Abdul Gapar expressed his condolences and prayers to the families of the victims, and wished that they would be quickly recovered.

The Ministry of Transport and the Egyptian National Railway Administration (ENRA) is investigating the cause of the catastrophe that remains unclear.

In the statement, Enra stated that anyone who recognized the rails would be punished.

It adds that technical crews and equipment were sent to clean the debris as soon as possible.

Speaking on behalf of the Egyptian Ministry of Transport, he also expressed his condolences to the families of the killed.

Officials said the incident happened on the way of the track between Fuki and Jalal’s stations in Mars.

D -Row Abdul Gapar visited the scene to control the emergency reaction and later visited the victims at the hospital.

All the injuries were taken to two local hospitals through an ambulance, the Ministry of Health reports.

It adds that the bodies of the three people who were now in custody of state prosecutors.

Cremity in the Egyptian railway network is often found, partly of poor service and lack of investment.

One of the most deadly train disasters occurred in 2002, when more than 370 people were killed after a fire on a train that was driving south of Cairo.
