On their way to spend a weekend with his boss, Elliot (Cheeky) And his daughter Ridley (Ortega) enters a little scratch – they hit what seems like a horse with a horn. (Or, as Ridley notes, “It is af *** ing Unicorn.”)
After realizing the animal is still alive, the rich employers of Elliot, Odell and Belinda Leopold (played by Richard E. Grant and Téa leoni), determined to study his properties. They run a pharmaceutical company, and soon become clear that the horn and blood of the unicorn have amazing healing powers. But what is becoming apparent too? The unicorn they hit as a baby – and his parents come into revenge.
This horrific turn on Lore Unicorn is an entertaining wild trip.

Ortega has become one of Hollywood’s reigning horror queens, and his role as Ridley’s Unicorn’s death It is no exception. While she and her father, Elliot, have problems, the inherent goodness of Ridley and a pure heart are large plot points, and Ortega masterfully balances Ridley’s rough outside with her kind soul. For his part, Rudd has been doing his beloved thing for decades now-and he is still working. His dedication to his daughter is evident in every scene.
Before Unicorn’s deathLeoni had not appeared in a movie since 2011 Heist tower with Legs pose. It is a pleasure to see her back in a feature, especially in such an absurd funny role. Like Belinda Leopold, she plays the ruthless billionaire pretending to have morals perfectly – and so also gives like her husband, Odell. Also lovely sinister is the undercuts Will Poulterwho play their ambitious and forgetful son, Shepard.
The cast chemistry helps sell a story more than the film’s life.

By Unicorn’s death It is not absolutely subtle, it raises some interesting questions about the pharmaceutical industry. Despite Elliot’s early insistence that the Leopolds do good to the world and “do not only worry about pharmaceuticals,” they live in palatial luxury. Their ruthlessness in seeking profits from the remains of the unicorn is disgraceful – but is complicated by the healing powers of the creature. His horn from the ground can actually cure cancer. (As Shepard notes, “that’s the biggest one!”)
What is the cost of preserving human life? What are we ready to do in the name of science? And does the pharmaceutical industry really help people – or just enrich itself?
There are a few frosts of mental food buried under all the chaos and gore.
