Theraji falls to Sandoval; Vargas-Higa ends in an emotional drawing

The average weight Yuki Tanigui (1-0, 1 ko) stopped Yukihiro Kitamura (0-2) at 1:20 in the second round of a four scheduled rounds. Katsuhiko Nakamura was the referee.
